Design and Performance

The 2020 Telluride offers LX and EX trims with three-rows of seating for up to eight passengers, and S and SX trims fitting up to seven passengers utilizing second-row captain's chairs. All four grades are powered by a 3.8-liter V6 direct injection engine teamed with an eight-speed automatic transmission and front-wheel drivetrain; all-wheel drive is optional. The engine generates 291-hp and 262 lb-ft of torque and achieves an estimated fuel economy of 26 mpg highway and 20 mpg city. With standard skid plates to protect the vehicle underside, eight-inches of ground clearance, and an available center-locking differential, the Telluride possesses off-road capability and has a towing capacity of 5,000 pounds.

Technology and Convenience

Kia’s UVO infotainment system comes standard with an 8.0-inch touch-screen display, Apple CarPlay™ and Android Auto™ compatibility, Bluetooth® technology, six USB ports, and a six-speaker sound system. A 10.25-inch touch-screen, navigation, wireless charging, head-up display, and a ten-speaker Harman Kardon® premium audio system are available.
